Young people
Where else can you get free access to books, computers, the internet, DVDs, music CDs, and find a peaceful place to do your homework and study? Libraries are a great place to borrow books for pleasure or reference, to learn, study and explore future career opportunities or simply relax and hang out together in the comfort of the Young People’s area. There are also lots of regular holiday activities for ages 13+ including creative writing workshops, notebook binding and decorating book bags or you might want to try out the Wii, now available at Jubilee library. The dedicated Young People’s Area is just off Jubilee Library’s main library area, between the Films and CDs.
There is also a special area for young people at Hove Library with fiction, non-fiction, graphic novels and study guides.
