• Reading group, meets on the third Thursday of each month at 2.45pm
• Coffee mornings on the last Saturday of every month, 11.00am-12.30pm

For children

• Children’s books: board books, picture books, fiction, DVDs and audio books
• Baby Boogie session on the third Monday of each month, 2.15-2.45pm
• Storytime, art and singing for under 5s and their carers Mondays 10-12pm term time only

For young people

• Young people’s books: novels, non-fiction, reference books, DVDs and audio books
• join the Homework Club on Mondays 3.30-5pm

Internet and Computer access free

Use our computers for word processing, access to the internet and all online services available in our Virtual Reference Library.  These include, among others:

• Oxford Dictionary of National Biography
• Who’s Who
• Times Digital Archive
• Encyclopaedia Britannica
• Ancestry for family history research
• Range of assistive technology and furniture for disabled customers
