Schools and teachers  

Our dedicated Learning Team offer a wide range of activities and support for teachers and pupils. Our museums offer a variety of artefact handling sessions, gallery talks, guided tours and role play to help bring the buildings and collections to life.

We can help support you to plan your visit with a wide variety of resources, such as teacher packs to help you plan, and worksheets for pupils to do whilst on their visit. We also provide a loan box service with themes such as Dragons, Celebration, Masks from Around the World and many more for all Key Stages from Foundation Stage to Key Stage 3. There is also a Natural History Loan Service so that you can borrow specimens from the Booth Museum of Natural History.

Our friendly and helpful team will give you all the advice and support you need to make the most of your visit to our museums.
