Exterior of Preston Manor

Preston Manor travel trade and groups

Visit Preston Manor and step back in time in this perfectly preserved Edwardian gentry home.

Your group will discover how the upper classes and their servants lived ‘upstairs/downstairs’ in the early 19th century.

Preston Manor is considered Brighton’s most haunted house and was featured in Living TV’s Most Haunted!

Your group visit will encompass 20 rooms over four floors in Preston Manor, from the owners’ beautiful family rooms upstairs to the servants' quarters downstairs. You will also have the opportunity to tour the walled gardens and the fascinating pets' cemetery.

Maximum 53 people per group. Larger groups will be split.

Disabled access

The basement and ground floor of Preston Manor are wheelchair accessible but, due to the historic nature of the building, other floors are currently accessed by staircase only. Please notify us when you book if there are any wheelchair users in your group, or any people requiring extra assistance.

On arrival, please ring the bell at the bottom of the front entrance steps to alert staff.

Access is via a ramped side entrance at basement level and the ground floor is accessed by lift.

The walled garden and pets’ graveyard are accessible to wheelchairs from Preston Park.
