Old Stuff, New Stuff, Do Stuff! 

Get hands-on with objects from our collections, listen to a story and get messy in our art and craft activities. Each session has a different theme based on our collections or the current exhibition.

Please note

At the Early Years events all children must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. At these events we ask that you assist your child with the activity.

How to book

You can buy tickets by telephoning the Events Booking line on 03000 290902 in person at any of our venues, or online below. A £1.50 booking fee may apply to some events. Tickets cannot be reserved without payment. Please book early as an event may be cancelled if too few tickets have been sold.

Booth Museum of Natural History

Founded by Edward Booth in 1874 the Booth Museum is all about birds, butterflies, fossils, bones and skeletons. Natural history is brought to life with interactive displays and ‘hands on’ activities. Entrance is free.
