We offer a range of hands-on workshops and gallery talks led by our Museum Teachers to support a visit to a temporary exhibition.

The current programme of temporary exhibitions suitable for school visits are as follows.


Robot Invasion!

Robots of many shapes and sizes invade the museum in this show of robot force! A vast range of robots and space toys from the collection of Sussex artist and illustrator Chris McEwan are on display. Marvel at the many designs, shapes and types of robot which reflect how hugely popular these toys have been and still are. The exhibition proudly displays these iconic objects and provides inspiration and enjoyment for all ages. It celebrates our fascination with robots and the enduring impact they have on our imagination. Come and see our robots and have a go at designing your own and illustrating it in collage.
